A market-index’s value history (ascending), gaps included, keyset-paginated.

Deprecated (SOV-10). The canonical, cached path is GET /api/v1/indices/{slug}/history. This alias keeps serving a byte-compatible payload for existing consumers — it shares one response builder with the canonical route, so the two can never drift.

DI-45 · the nowcast/band fields are exposed additively only when ML_DEEP_INDEX_NOWCAST_ENABLED is on; when off, the response is byte-identical to the pre-DI-45 shape (the annotation keys are omitted entirely).
