Public platform aggregates: all-time totals from the nightly analytics mart, the most recent measured day, and right-now market counts. Unauthenticated and identical for every caller. Every block carries its own as_of and basis; absent measurements serialize as null with an empty_reason rather than as zero.

Deliberately NOT called all-time: the nightly job prunes the mart to its retention horizon, so these sums cover window_start_dt onward and would silently become a rolling window if they claimed lifetime coverage.

Every measurement is optional on purpose: when the mart has never built, or holds no row, these serialize null with empty_reason set. A 0 here would be a measurement, and there isn’t one.
